When should I book holiday lighting?
As early as you can. Design and booking runs through late summer and early autumn, and installs are scheduled in the order they are booked. The best slots go first.
Do you supply the lights, or do I?
We supply everything. Commercial grade product, measured and cut to your roofline rather than store-bought strings stretched to fit.
What happens in January?
We take it down, label it and store it. Next season it comes back to the same house it was cut for. You do not store anything in your garage.
What if a bulb goes out mid-season?
Call us and we come back out. Maintenance during the season is part of the job, not an extra visit you pay for.
What is permanent lighting, exactly?
Inception systems tuck into the roofline and are close to invisible in daylight. You set colours and schedules from an app, so the same install does warm white in March, orange in October and red and green in December.
Is landscape lighting a separate job?
It can be, but it works better designed alongside the rest. Doing both from one crew means the uplighting and the roofline are balanced against each other rather than fighting.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Storefronts, offices and commercial properties, on the same design, install and takedown basis as a home.
